Cool, then summer weather returns

The could with a  chance of showers will persist through Friday and Friday evening. Temperatures will be in the 60s for highs with lows not moving all that much with highs in the upper 50s to mid 60s. Expect patchy fog. Some weak areas of low pressure will likely move through saturday but will have limited precipitation with only a chance of scattered showers through out the day.  Sunday we will see great improvement with clearing skies and highs rising into the 70s to low 80s. An area of high pressure moving in from the north and west will slide to the south of the region allowing warm summer temperatures to move into the region with highs in the mid 80s to low 90s for the work week. This will also allow a chance of an isolated shower or thunderstorm.  A cold front will move through late week at some point, at this time it looks to be a week from today on Thursday.

Friday. Mostly cloudy, areas of drizzle, chance of showers, patchy fog early. highs in the upper 50s to mid 60s. cooler northeast.

Friday night. chance of showers in the evening. cloudy then partly cloudy. lows in the upper 50s.

Saturday cloudy chance of showers mainly in the morning. highs in the 70s.

Saturday night. Clearing, lows in the upper 50s to low 60s.

Sunday. Mostly sunny, warmer, highs in the low to mid 80s.

Sunday night. clear,  lows in the low 60s

Monday. partly to mostly sunny slight chance of thunderstorms in the afternoon. Highs in the mid to upper 80s.

Monday night. Partly cloudy, lows in the 60s.

Tuesday and Wednesday, mostly sunny highs in the upper 80s to low 90s. , lows in the mid 60s to low 70s.

Wednesday night. partly cloudy, chance of showers late. lows in the mid to upper 60s

Thursday, chance of showers in the moring otherwise partly sunny, highs in the upper 70s to low 80s.
