A small change will help lead steady temperatures.

Unlike June, we are seeing the jet stream move north This will ease the northwest flow a bit across the region allowing temperatures to stay in the 80s. There are no heat waves in sight as an area of high pressure in the plains through the southeast will remain to far south. This will allow for disturbances to still effect the region.  It will be humid Monday through Wednesday. There will be a chance of showers and thunderstorms during the afternoons of tuesday and especially Wednesday as a front moves through Wednesday afternoon/evening.
