main story will be the fact that we will not see high temperatures going above 30 for most of the 7 days. there will be saturday and monday which could reach close to the freezing mark. Even if you did not get much snow what ever you did get is going to be staying. As stated in a previous blog northern new england has not seen much natural snow. Yes its been a great snow making season so far, though many areas are reporting bare ground in northern new england. this might change in the next 3 to 5 days as a series of quick moving clippers could dump a light snow to boarderline moderate snowfall across northern vt and northern NH. For the Merrimack valley though most will see minor to light snowfall. snow showers will be likly saturday and saturday evening. there will be a chance of snow showers sunday night into monday. Dry and cold weather continue after. Longe range GFS model hinting at a couple of systems which could give ski country there first good amount of snow for the month. this also could affect the superbowl but remember im just mentioning this right now. take it with a grain of salt. its the weather im talking about mother nature has the final say as shown with the last storm.
