Tonight through Saturday night will be partly to mostly sunny with highs in the mid to upper 20s with lows around 0-5 above. there will be increasing clouds Sunday.
A storm will spread snow across the region Sunday evening and last through early Monday morning Light to moderate snowfall is possible before the snow ends Monday morning. This is a quick moving storm system.
will have to monitor a storm system for Tuesday night through Wednesday as the precipitation types are yet to be solidified.
At this time i am forecasting snow to develop late Tuesday/Tuesday evening with it changing to a mix of snow, sleet ,freezing rain south of the pike/east of i95 by day break Wednesday, this mix will spread northward reaching the rt2 corridor by noon time Wednesday. At this time I believe that the snow line will make it up to the Nh boarder by the afternoon hours before tapering off. I do not believe it will be plain rain though north of rt2 and interior northeast mass. I believe the Merrimack valley will change over to freezing rain.
this storm will likely ride along a cold front so once the storm passes dry and cooler air could filter back in
