more snow? do not feed the hype.

More snow is on the way but it will not be much. A cold front will approach from the west and northwest and give the region periods of snow after midnight tonight through thursday morning. Light snow accumulation of up to 3 inches is possible.  Temperatures will not be changing through tonight. Lows will be in the upper 20s to low 30s. Temperatures on thursday will fall throughout the day from the upper 20s predawn hours to 10s my mid afternoon.

thursday night will be very cold with actual temperatures from 0 to 10 below! with wind chills as low as 20 below!

friday will be stuck in the 10s but will feature sunshine.

Will  have to monitor a possible storm  as there is a potential for a long duration snow event from saturday evening through tuesday. We will get a better idea of this situation thursday night/friday.

Tonight. Snow late. lows in the upper 20s to low 30s

thursday. periods of snow in the morning, highs in the upper 20s. temperatures dropping into the 10s in the afternoon.

thursday night. clear, cold, lows zero to ten below. breezy with wind chills as low as 20 below.

friday. sunny with highs in the mid to upper 10s but low to mid 10s northwest.  wind chills as low as 20 below

friday night. partly to mostly clear, with lows in the single digits.

saturday partly to mostly cloudy. highs in the upper 10s to low 20s

saturday night through tuesday night chance of snow highs in the upper 10s to mid 20s, lows in the low to mid 10s

wednesday through wednesday night partly to mostly sunny highs in the mid 20s, lows in the 10s.

again saturday through tuesday night is up in the air right now, there is not that much confidence and if someone does say there is confidence and are putting numbers out for something 3 and half days or more away, don’t trust them. Weather Models and forecasters will get a better handle on it tomorrow night and friday.
