Today will be the last day for a while that features humid conditions and summer temperatures. Highs will be in the high 80s to low 90s. A front will be moving through the region late afternoon and evening. Thunderstorms and showers will develope ahead of the front. These storms can become severe and produce winds of up to 70mph, hail and cloud to ground lightning. The storms will move out later in the evening.
Sunday will start the streatch of humid less days and cooler temperatures. This though will probably come with a price. Sunday and monday will be mostly sunny with highs in the low to mid 70s. . tuesday on through thursday night skies will feature mainly cloudy skies with periodic sunny breaks on wednesday. Highs will be in the upper 60s to low 70s There will be a chance of showers thursday as well as increasing humidity and temperatures. By the weekend we will see highs back in the low to mid 80s.

We look to be in a up down kind of temperature pattern for a bit as well as a stormy pattern possibly setting up in the long term.

thursday night through friday. warmer, partly cloudy highs in the upper 70s to low 80s but mid 80s possible southwest chance of showers and thunderstorms.
