This will allow the jet stream to dip in a way that allows heat to move up the coast. Though it will not be prolong days of 80s and 90s as this pattern also allows strong cold fronts to move through. Today and tuesday will be warm and humid many locations will see low 90s today if not they will see them on wednesday. A front will move through theregion late wednesday/wednesday evening. This will make thursday through friday cooler with highs in the 70s and 80s. There could be some unsettled weather durring the weekend. but another warm spell could form for the middle of the following week.
