Father’s day weekend

As a warm front moves through the region, there will be an increase in rainshowers and thunderstorms. It will be very humid with alot of clouds. It will not be a washout tomorrow but it will be wet. Periods of rain will develope from southwest to northeast throughout the over night hours. The heaviest of the rain will happen from about 8am to 12pm friday with showers ,thunderstorms, fog and drizzle through out the west of the afternoon. A cold front will move through friday night giving the region a chance of showers and thunderstorms into saturday morning. Skies will clear saturday afternoon. Temperatures will stay steady tonight and friday as temperatures stick in the low to mid 60s across the merrimackvalley. The warm front might not make it all the way through creating a split. as some low to mid 70s are possible south of the region. Saturday will clear out and turn out to be a good afternoon. Father’s day will be the best day of the weekend with highs in the upper 70s to low 80s. Monday will be mostly sunny as an area of high pressure moves through the region. Temperatures will be in the mid to upper 80s. Tuesday will be partly cloudy with highs in the mid to upper 80s but there will be an increase in humidity as well with chance of thunderstorms and showers through thursday. Each day highs will get cooler and cooler. but not go below the mid 70s

The temperatures for tuesday will highly depend on the exact timing of the cold front.For now I am thinking it is coming later in the day and evening to allow temperatures to soar into the 80s to low 90s with increased humidyt as a southwest flow forms. I will keep you posted.
