Bad beginning to great rest of the forecast.

Today featured a mostly cloudy skies with a east to northerly wind keeping the region cooler than previously anticipated with highs today in the low 60s. There were scattered showers earlier in the day and like I said yesterday it was not going to be a washout. Though thursday has changed. It looks like the area of low pressure will be stronger and closer than anticipated yesterday which will bring the region periods of rain from about 8am to 4pm as it passes southeast of the region. Temperatures will be warmer earlier than later. As a northeast wind forms in the afternoon. The rest of the forecast is the same as an area of high pressure takes control of the region friday afternoon through monday. A series of “dry cold fronts “could move through the region early next week to bring the temperature back down into the low 70s
