Front moving through first step to the cold.

A cold front will move through this afternoon creating a period of rain for about 4 or 5 hours, not a long period of rain but it will be steady. We are in a drought currently and any precipitation will help. Highs will be in the lower 60s but will drop like a rock this afternoon as the front moves through. temperatures could be as low as the middle 40s late afternoon. IT will be breezy. Lows tonight will be in the upper 20s to low 30s
Friday and saturday highs will be in the middle 40s with lows in the lower 30s
Another front will move through sometime sunday increasing temperatures ahead of it, this will be starved of any precipitation so it will just feature increased cloudsy. It will take a while for the colder air to filter in so highs will be in the lower 50s sunday and upper 40s on monday(veterans day) with partly to mostly cloudy skies. sunday but party to mostly sunny on monday.
Tuesday and wednesday will be much colder with highs struggling in the low 40s on tuesday and temperatures struggling to hit the 40 degree mark on wednesday with highs in the upper 30s.

Now long range. The pattern change that i have mentioned in previously published blogs could happen. We will have to watch a system for the second half of next week. Models are all over the place so it could be nothing to a rain storm or a winter storm. For now though im going with no storm right now until i see more agreement.
