Freeze watches have been posted for most of southern new england besides for the cape and islands for friday night through early saturday. temperatures are expected to range in the 20s away from the coast to low 30s near boston across southeastern massachusetts to upper 30s on the cape and islands.

Friday will be cloudy with a few showers in the morning as the cold front moves through. High temperatures will be in the middle 50s but the highs will be found in the mid to late morning time frame. It will become mostly sunny and windy for the afternoon along with dropping temperatures. into the middle to upper 40s.
Friday night it will be mainly clear and temperatures will fall into the the middle to upper 20s with the wind calming down.
saturday will be sunny with increasing winds with highs in the low 50s
saturday night increasing clouds lows in the upper 30s to low 40s
sunday : an area of low pressure will start to move in and give us warmer temperatures with clouds and the chance of showers . Highs will be in the 60s with lows in the middle to upper 40s.
Tuesday through thursday an area of high pressure will take control and give us dry and sunny conditions with highs in the low 60s and lows in the middle 40s.
